Co-Founder

With a solid foundation in project management methodologies like PRINCE2, Jodie brings extensive procurement experience, contributing to successful delivery of high-end projects. Excelling in procurement, negotiation, and supplier relationship management, Jodie ensures efficient communication between office and project sites, monitors project spending, and implements financial tracking platforms. Moving into personal career, she worked at a modular construction. company and played a pivotal role as a key team member in successfully delivering wards for COVID-19 during a critical period. She then moved to London to excel her career in the delivery of super-prime residential projects where she met Max in a previous role.

With a background in The Royal Navy submarine service, specialising in nuclear weapon engineering, Max developed a meticulous attention to detail. For the past 5 years, he has excelled as a project manager, operations manager and project director in the construction industry, managing and delivering diverse projects ranging from commercial developments to super-prime residential properties. He has worked as a multi skilled engineer for CBRE at BP headquarters, onto a role as lead engineer at Coutts looking after 5 RBS sites and a critical technician at Microsoft based in Norway looking after a data centre for Europe.
